報考資格
Applicant Qualifications

教育部認可之國內外大學或獨立學院畢業，獲有學士學位（含應屆畢業生），或具有同等學力規定資格者。
Graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree from a university/college or other equivalent education levels, recognized by the Ministry of Education in Taiwan, are qualified to apply.

考試方式

1. 書審 (Documentary Review) 100%
2. 免口試 (No Interview)|
面試非強制，加分項目 Optional for Extra Credits 

書面審查
Document Review

1. 中、外文（英、法、德、西文擇一）自傳30%。
2. 中、外文（英、法、德、西文擇一）研究計畫40%（含學習目標、研究主題、研究方向、研究重點、未來生涯發展規劃及相關條件等項目）。
3.  其他有利於審查之資料30%（如英、法、德、西文語言檢定、證照、學程證書、獲獎證明、國際活動表現、實習經驗、工作經驗、已發表之報告、論文等）
1.  Autobiography in Chinese and English, French, German or Spanish: 30%
2. Research project proposal in Chinese and English, French, German or Spanish: 40% (including study objectives, research themes, research directions, research focus, future career development plan, etc.)
3. Supporting documents: 30% (e.g. English, French, German, Spanish language certificates, licenses, certificates of trainings, awards, international activities,internship experience, working experience, published reports or papers, etc.)
