文藻外語大學歐亞語文學院歐洲研究所於2023年11月17日辦理第六屆文藻歐洲論壇,探討歐洲最新相關研究與趨勢,邀請國內外專家、學者與研究生進行學術研究與相關交流。本屆主題「台灣在歐亞關係中扮演的角色The Role of Taiwan in Europe-Asia Relations」,討論台灣積極地想深化與歐洲和亞洲之間的聯繫,有必要審視其在不斷變化的地緣政治格局中的角色。
除了學者發表外,更安排三場主題演講,分別邀請法國學者Dr. Jean-François DI MEGLIO擔任歐洲研究所客座教授,分享講題Taiwan as the Touchstone of a "New Deal" in EU-Asia Relations;台灣歐洲專家張台麟教授,講題當前歐盟政經發展及其挑戰;以及歐洲價值安全政策中心在台辦事處Marcin Mateusz Jerzewski,講題Like-Minded Partners: Exploring Synergies for Indo-Pacific Cooperation between Taiwan and the EU。
本次研討會參與者來自多個國家:德國、法國、波蘭、奧地利、瑞士、英國、以色列、土耳其、美國等國家。

The European Studies Institute of Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages held the 6th Wenzao European Forum on November 17, 2023, discussing the latest research and trends in Europe. The forum invited experts, scholars, and graduate students from both domestic and international backgrounds to engage in academic research and related exchanges. The theme of this forum was "The Role of Taiwan in Europe-Asia Relations," aiming to explore Taiwan's active efforts to deepen connections with Europe and Asia and the role it plays in the ever-changing geopolitical landscape.

In addition to scholarly presentations, the forum featured three thematic speeches. Dr. Jean-François Di Meglio (Sciences Po, Paris, and President of Asia Centre), was invited as a visiting professor at the WZU Graduate Institute of European Studies to share insights on "Taiwan as the Touchstone of a 'New Deal' in EU-Asia Relations." Professor Zhang Tailing, an expert on Europe in Taiwan, discussed the "Current Political and Economic Developments of the European Union and their Challenges." Marcin Mateusz Jerzewski from the European Values Center for Security Policy also delivered a speech on "Like-Minded Partners: Exploring Synergies for Indo-Pacific Cooperation between Taiwan and the EU."

Participants in this seminar came from various countries, including Germany, France, Poland, Austria, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Israel, Turkey, and the United States.
