The European Union Office to Taiwan is looking for a Secretary in the Trade Section

Selection Criteria

Minimum Requirements:

1. Medically fit to perform the required duties;
2. Enjoys civil rights and permits for employment under local law;
3. Has an excellent knowledge of English as well as Mandarin both orally and in writing;
4. Has excellent computer skills of MS Office applications (Word, Power point, Excel)
5. Is familiar with secretarial work
6. Compulsory requirements mentioned in the Job Description

The following will be considered an asset:

1. Experience in working for the EU and/or other international representations/agencies.
2. Experience in document management and research.
